Amanda grew up in a small town in rural Vermont. As a teenager she worked part-time at a local radio station. At the time she thought it was just a unique job for a high schooler to have. She had other dreams and aspirations in mind through out college but radio kept making an appearance in her life and called her back time and time again. It wasn’t long before she realized it was her career and passion.  Her show can be labeled as funny, inspirational, thought provoking and positive. As a Catholic/Christian she sometimes references stories and lessons in her show but makes them accessible to anyone of any faith or background. Amanda still lives in a small Vermont town with a population of about 2,500 with her husband and 4 year old daughter who she references frequently on the show.
